Last updated: September 24, 2026

Welcome to Nomad. By using this application, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Usage & Global Maps

This app provides offline maps for Vietnam and 30+ countries worldwide, consolidated map downloads, dynamic map filtering, AI assistance, live currency conversion, custom itinerary folders, local travel tips, video recording, Google Drive synchronization, and survival guides for educational and navigational purposes.

2. Consolidated Download Manager

Map packages, language packs, and danger hotspots are managed via the in-app Download Manager. Users are allocated 1 free starter country map. Additional country packs, bundles, or global all-access passes can be acquired and saved for offline use.

3. Background Synchronization

The app performs background synchronization checks to keep offline safety coordinates, emergency hotlines, and map pack licenses fresh without excessive battery drain.

4. Community Photo Gallery & User Reviews

Users may submit place reviews, ratings, captions, and photos to point-of-interest listings. By uploading content, you certify that you own or have permission to share such media, and that it does not infringe copyright, contain offensive material, or violate local laws. The app administrators reserve the right to review, flag, or remove any user-submitted content at their sole discretion.

5. Admin Tools & Moderation

The application includes administrative tools restricted to authorized app owners via cryptographic claim verification. App administrators possess authority to monitor aggregated platform metrics, review user activity logs, moderate public submissions, flag non-compliant accounts, and adjust account permissions or premium entitlements.

6. Itineraries, Folders & Dynamic Map Legend

Tools allowing users to group saved places into trip folders (e.g., 'Trip Day 1', 'Want to Go') and filter map categories (cafes, workspaces, historic sites) are provided for personal travel planning. Category tags and location information are subject to real-world changes and are not guaranteed to be exhaustive.

7. Local Tips & Safety Disclaimer

Daily contextual advice, local tips, emergency numbers, siren tools, and dynamic AI survival guides are for informational assistance only. The developers are not liable for any injuries, losses, delays, or damages incurred while traveling.

8. User Data & Digital IDs

You are solely responsible for ensuring the authenticity and legality of any digital travel documents (e.g., e-Visas, passport scans) stored locally in the app.

9. Currency Converter

Live and offline exchange rates are fetched from external APIs and provided strictly for general estimation. We do not provide financial services or guarantee transactional exchange rates.

10. Video Recording & Google Drive Sync

The application provides tools for recording local videos and synchronizing them with your Google Drive account. We do not control Google's services and are not liable for any data loss, upload failures, or storage limitations on your Google account.

11. Subscriptions, Map Tiers & Cancellation
